There was two succesfull attempts to break into your server. I think, that we can't talk about the 'security' of your server and especially your customers ... because there is NO SECURITY. After our first hack, passwords hasn't been changed or have been just a little modified (by adding '1' to the end of them :) Is that a normal reaction of a serious admin ? I think it isn't. Your 'admin' seems to be not really oriented in the security related problems ... Please, dismiss this person (i don't know his/her n ame), to show that you are afraid of your customers, and that you take care of them.

Ps. We don't want to destroy your data ... is it the only way .... ?
